Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vmw33 regarding your use of the platform. No other representations, warranties, or prior agreements — whether oral or written — shall have any effect unless expressly incorporated into these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vmw33 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Services:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of vmw33 or its technology and game providers.

Account Registration

To access the full range of vmw33 Services, you must register a player account. Each person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the vmw33 platform at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active mobile number, and a valid email address. vmw33 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vmw33 Login credentials — your username and password. You agree to notify vmw33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. vmw33 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security, including failure to enable two-factor authentication where offered.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts are subject to immediate closure and balance forfeiture.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your vmw33 Login is personal and non-transferable.
• You must keep your contact details current. Outdated information may delay KYC verification and withdrawals.
• vmw33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

vmw33 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit on the vmw33 platform is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

All transactions on vmw33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment processor — typically within seconds for mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad. vmw33 does not impose deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which vmw33 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed the KYC process may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID) or passport — before any withdrawal is processed. vmw33 targets same-day processing for all approved withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC clearance.
• vmw33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal it deems necessary for compliance purposes.
• vmw33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to the account holder's own payment instruments.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 6.
• vmw33 may delay or freeze a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

vmw33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL T20, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotional material for each offer.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all vmw33 bonus offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds not wagered within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• vmw33 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already accepted an active offer.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. vmw33 may refuse, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith or through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Deposit bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit combination.

Prohibited Conduct

vmw33 maintains a safe, fair, and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vmw33 platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks. Initiating fraudulent deposit transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or payment reversals through your mobile wallet or bank in bad faith after funds have been credited to your vmw33 account.
• Money Laundering. Using the vmw33 platform to disguise the origins of funds derived from illegal activity. vmw33 cooperates fully with competent authorities in respect of money laundering investigations.
• Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play. Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any automated system to interact with vmw33 games or the betting interface without direct human input.
• Exploitation of Software Errors. Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform to generate winnings that would not otherwise accrue. Any winnings derived from an exploit or error may be voided by vmw33.
• Underage Gambling. Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access for a minor.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vmw33 platform — including but not limited to the vmw33 brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour schemes, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of vmw33 or its licensed providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

vmw33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any vmw33 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the vmw33 platform.
• Use the vmw33 brand, logo, or trade marks in any marketing, social media, or affiliate material without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the vmw33 platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

Game content delivered through the vmw33 platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. vmw33 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of provider-developed content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vmw33 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by you, including all gambling losses incurred on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the platform, including connectivity issues caused by your internet service provider or mobile carrier.
• Any loss resulting from a third party's unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or score data arising from a technical error or data feed failure, subject to vmw33's right to void affected wagers.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". vmw33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond recreational online gaming and sports betting. Where statutory consumer rights apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your vmw33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vmw33 will process any pending withdrawals of your real-money balance — subject to KYC clearance — within five (5) business days. Any remaining bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

vmw33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, with reasonable prior notice given.
• A player's self-exclusion request, in which case the account will be suspended for the requested duration and reactivated only upon the player's request after the exclusion period has expired.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, vmw33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any funds obtained through prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and vmw33 shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection. vmw33 operates the platform with the Bangladesh market as its primary jurisdiction and tailors its Services — including payment methods, currency denomination, and customer support hours — accordingly.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to vmw33's internal dispute resolution process. To raise a dispute, contact [email protected] with a clear description of the matter and any supporting documentation. vmw33 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

vmw33 does not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing from any particular Bangladeshi government body. The platform is operated as a safe and reliable entertainment service with a commitment to SSL encryption, fair play standards, and responsible gaming. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in their own jurisdiction before accessing the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

vmw33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at vmw33.net/terms-conditions. If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your vmw33 account prior to the effective date of the revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms.
